Quagmire?

Jen, at The Greatest Jeneration notes the Revolution going on in Lebenon that I noted earlier today and tosses off a comment in that write up that I think deserves it’s own post… Says she:

…. the Syrian troops have been in Lebanon for 30 years!
And no-one calls that a “quagmire!”…

Yeah, funny thing, about that, Jen.
