TIME.com: Campaign 2004: Bush Opens Double-Digit Lead

When even TIME admits it… all one can say is… wow…

And it beats the hell outta that dead cat bounce we saw after the DNC.

I say again…. Bush by 10 to 15% in the popular vote.
