Indiana University Study: Having Children Significantly Lowers Parents’ IQs

The Hoosier Gazette [1]

“A five-year study run by Indiana University’s Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender, and Reproduction proves what many in the scientific community have always suspected: having children significantly lowers the IQ of both male and female parents.”

The story goes on for some ways, but fails to understand the reasoning behind this happening.

Heck…. I can tell you that; an IQ measurement is like it or not, based on cultural matters, and parenthood puts you on a different plane, culturally speaking, from the people giving the IQ tests, who are invaiably childless, and usually single.
