(I’m spending some of today looking out my window because the Blue Angels [1] are here in town, doing practice runs for the ESL International Airshow [2] which is here in Rochester this weekend.

While watching the skies from my 7th floor perch, I noted someone on the ground passing out Kerry Pamphlets right at Main and Clinton, arguably the second biggest surface intersection in our fair berg. He was as loud as you might expect…(in fairness those jets get pretty loud)
An encouraging sign, this; He was being told off, in no uncertain terms by half the people and flat-out ignored by the rest.
