At work.

On my way home from a DJ gig in Avon, NY.
4. Do you remember where you were when you heard Kurt Cobain had died?
No, which is because I couldn’t possibly have cared any less, if I’d been paid to do so.

Orange
6. Where were you when Magic Johnson announced he was retiring from the NBA due to AIDS?
At work, solving a server problem
7. Where were you when Reagan was shot?
On the air at the station I worked at, at the time. I can tell you all hel broke loose that day.
8. Where were you when the Challenger exploded?
On my way home from the same radio station. I got home and flipped on the tube as soon as I got there. I still have that same TV set. It’s sitting in my basement office, today.
9. Where were you when the 0J verdict was announced?
Home.
Extra credit for old farts:
10.Where were you when JFK was shot?
Home. I still recall being ticked that the TV took so long to warm up, when a neighbor came over to tell us the news.
