WHAS11.com : over in Louisville is reporting taht Jack Parr has died at 85. Much as I liked Carson, I rather liked Parr a bit more. I still remember seing him with then relative newcomer Bob Newhart. Sad we didn’t get to see him much after he pulled the plug on TV in ’65.
