Once seeing this was apparently not enough. It’s happened again. Careful, this one’s rather graphic.
The interesting twist here is the kid who was driving won’t be charged. The pedestrian was wearing dark clothing at night, and the kid wasn’t on drugs or booze.
Now where was that transcript of the other trial?
