Sales are off to a brisk start with the new Harry Potter book, according to London’s Evening Standard [1], in J.K Rowling’s native England. We own a copy as well, as of this morning.
But you know, I don’t recall specific references to people actually stealing Hillary’s book prior to publication, other than a few obviously pre-arranged ones for press consumption. (Yes, people were stealing Rowling’s book, usually hundreds of copies…truckloads…. but I don’t recall them publishing the racy bits of it, in the news media, do you? Neither do I. Clearly, we still have a press willing to lie to fan the flames of this woman’s political career.)
The major difference between Rowling’s new book, and Hillary Clinton’s new book and thereby the difference in the level of sales?
Harry Potter is by far the more believable fantasy.
